the service we offer to you.

- By you signing up online to use our mi-Zone system
- By you using our mi-Zone system to submit client cases
- By you providing us access to your documents stored on a system you use
What information do we collect?
The information is limited to:
For you:
- Name
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
For clients:
- Name
- Details from documents supplied to write Suitability Letters, usually Key Features
- Illustrations, Factfind, Offer, Sourcing List
How is your information used?
Your information is used for contact purposes.
Your client information is used to primarily produce Suitability Reports for you, however, if you ask
us to perform tasks such as making applications, we will use all relevant information from the Fact
Find to do that. We do not ask you to share any information other than that we need to provide the
service you require.
It is important to let you know that we do not share details with any third parties or send
communications that are not relevant to our products and services.
Who regulates us?
Our company, Home Buyer Systems Limited , is regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office
(ICO) for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

- The ICO define 6 possible Lawful Bases for collecting your data. In regard to the services we offer you, the Lawful Bases we have for requesting the information we gather from you and to keeping you informed about our services are:

- As a customer, or a party showing an interest in our products through requesting free trials or otherwise, it is important to communicate such things as updates, planned new developments, new products or perhaps other industry related topics. We will not ask for information that has no relevance to providing you with what you want from us and we will not share with third parties any more information than they need.

- We would like to keep you informed about all the financial services we offer and unless you decide otherwise, by receiving our e-mails you are consenting allow us to do this. How long we keep your data
Unless you instruct us otherwise we will keep your data until such time as you ask us to
delete it.
Where do we store your data?
We store all our data on a secure Cloud based Server hosted in the UK.
